Before you order
Include the product name or link and the full option you are considering. For a fit question, tell us which measurements you are comparing. For a material question, identify the version, such as MTF or 50Ag, rather than the colour alone.
About an existing order
Include your order number and the item your question relates to. Describe what you need help with. If something arrived damaged or different from your order, clear photos of the item and its label can be useful.
Please do not email card numbers, passwords or other sensitive account information.
