Find the face-cover shape you prefer with the Veilvren EMF Shielding Face Covers, Long and Short. The range combines shaped eye and mouth openings with a choice of fabric lengths, colours and conductive-material versions. Choose a shorter outline or fabric that extends farther below the face, then select the complete label that matches your preference.

Veilvren offers MTF, 50Ag and 100Ag options, including both Silver gray and Gray in the 100Ag category. It is a fabric face-cover range, not a certified respirator or medical mask. No infectious-disease or particulate-filtration protection is claimed. Its purpose is conductive-fabric coverage in the specific long or short design you choose.

EMF Shielding Face Covers, Long and Short

Begin with the length you want

The two length formats make the first decision practical. The long version has fabric extending farther below the face, while the short version has a shorter outline. Consider the neckline of the clothing you will wear with it and how much fabric you want to sit in that area. The choice is about the physical design of the accessory.

The letters at the end of each option identify those lengths: L is long and S is short. They do not mean large and small as conventional clothing sizes. A long version should therefore not be selected simply because you normally wear a large garment, nor a short one because you usually choose small.

Once you know the length you want, keep it fixed while comparing colours or materials. That makes it easier to choose between versions without changing the shape at the same time. If you are uncertain about the dimensions needed for fit, confirm them for the intended long or short cover before ordering.

Eye and mouth openings define the design

The shaped eye and mouth openings are central to Veilvren's construction. They determine how the fabric is arranged across the face and distinguish the cover from a continuous textile sheet. Look at the garment as a complete shape, with openings and edges, rather than as material alone.

The fit needs to keep those openings in their intended positions. When comparing options, consider alignment around the eyes and mouth together with the fabric below the face. The shorter and longer versions share the broad face-cover concept, but their lower outlines differ. Choose the arrangement that suits the way you want the accessory to sit.

This makes Veilvren a specific choice within EMF shielding accessories. A hood, neck cover and face cover each have a different physical form. Begin with the form you actually want, then use the available material and colour choices to refine that decision. A fabric code cannot turn one garment shape into another.

The three fabric specifications

The supplier declares these compositions for the specified material versions:

  • MTF: 41.8% cotton, 32.1% polyester fibre and 26.1% metal fibre.
  • 50Ag: 50.6% polyester fibre and 49.4% silver fibre.
  • 100Ag: 100% silver fibre.

Use MTF to identify the cotton, polyester and metal-fibre blend. The 50Ag and 100Ag codes identify the silver-fibre versions, with the precise composition for 50Ag shown above. These figures apply to the specified fabric, not automatically to every seam or component of the finished cover.

The numbers are composition labels rather than percentages of radio-frequency energy blocked. There is no 75Ag selection in this range. If you are comparing several EMF clothing products, keep each product's actual materials separate so that a code offered elsewhere does not become an assumed option here.

Veilvren lets you choose all three material categories in both long and short styles. That gives you a useful comparison: you can keep the length consistent while deciding on the stated fabric. Colour availability then narrows the choice within each material category.

Three colour choices in MTF

Choose MTF in Light purple, Pink or Light blue, each with an L or S length. These options offer a choice of colour while keeping the same declared fabric blend. The full label joins the decisions together, such as Light purple MTF L or Pink MTF S.

Consider the colour alongside the clothing at your neckline. A similar tone can make the accessory feel more connected to the outfit, while a contrasting top makes it more visible. Light purple, Pink and Light blue each offer a different direction; none is a performance category or a substitute for choosing the right length and fit.

If you already know you want MTF, let appearance guide the final colour choice. Imagine the cover with more than one top or outer layer you use regularly. This keeps the selection grounded in the actual clothing combination rather than a colour viewed in isolation.

Silver gray and Gray in the silver-fibre range

Silver gray 50Ag comes in long and short versions. In 100Ag, choose Silver gray 100Ag or Gray 100Ag, again in both L and S. Gray and Silver gray are distinct option names, so choose the one you intend rather than treating them as interchangeable labels.

If you want to compare the two silver-fibre formulations while keeping the colour consistent, use Silver gray in the same length. If you have already chosen 100Ag, compare Silver gray with Gray in that length to focus on appearance. Separating those questions makes the available combinations easier to assess.

There are twelve complete colour, material and length combinations across Veilvren. The six colour-and-material pairings each come in long and short form. Your final selection should include all three parts, since a colour name alone does not identify either the fabric code or the lower outline of the cover.

Match the length to your neckline arrangement

The fabric below the face will meet the clothing you wear at the neck. A high collar creates a different arrangement from a plain round neck, and another hood or scarf adds further material. Consider that combination before deciding whether the longer or shorter format makes more sense for you.

For the long version, think about where the extra fabric will lie and how it will settle against the top beneath it. For the short version, consider the position of the lower edge in the same outfit. These are practical garment questions; additional length does not by itself prove a higher shielding result.

You can make the comparison clearer by holding the material and colour fixed. For example, Gray 100Ag L and Gray 100Ag S differ in length while keeping the rest of the label consistent. That lets you focus on the construction difference you are actually trying to decide.

Fit the openings, not just the label

Since L and S are length identifiers, they do not supply a complete fit measurement. Confirm the relevant dimensions if you need to judge how the cover will sit. The eye and mouth opening positions matter alongside the overall fabric width and the lower length.

If you have a comparable cover that fits appropriately, you can use it as a reference, provided the shapes and measurement methods are similar. A flat width and a circumference are different figures, and a length measured from one point should not be compared with a different starting point. Keep the comparison specific.

Do not assume that a preferred fibre composition compensates for an unsuitable fit. A garment worn around the face needs to sit appropriately in its intended arrangement. Choose the construction and dimensions first, then confirm the material and colour combination that meets those needs.

Check the complete wearing combination

When trying the cover, position the eye and mouth openings correctly and check that vision remains unobstructed. The fit should allow comfortable breathing. If it does not, remove the garment rather than trying to force the arrangement. These are practical fit considerations, independent of the conductive-material label.

Assess the cover with the top or outer garment you intend to wear. Notice where the lower fabric sits against the neckline and whether the openings stay appropriately positioned. A cover that appears suitable by itself may arrange differently alongside a higher collar or another layer, so evaluate the actual combination.

Keep the selection process straightforward: shape, dimensions, material and colour. That order gives the garment itself proper attention and helps you avoid a decision based only on the most familiar option name. Each part of the label should have a clear reason in your final choice.

RF shielding is a textile function

Conductive textiles can reflect and absorb some radio-frequency energy, reducing transmission through the fabric. Their structure and the frequency influence the result. A metallised-fabric study illustrates the general material principle.

In Veilvren, that material is arranged in a face-cover design with eye and mouth openings, seams and edges. The long and short versions alter the lower outline, while the wearing position determines how the fabric sits. These features remain relevant when comparing the accessory with other EMF shielding clothing.

No fibre code here promises complete-body protection, a medical benefit or the same result for every electromagnetic field. The percentages identify composition, and the length labels identify construction. Keeping those meanings clear lets you compare the products without turning a material name into an unsupported all-purpose protection score.

Cloth face coverage is not filtration certification

EMF shielding and respiratory filtration are different functions. The presence of metal or silver fibre does not establish protection from particles or infectious disease. Veilvren is not offered as a certified respirator, medical mask or substitute for equipment required for a particular respiratory hazard.

This distinction matters because the product is worn on the face. Its appearance should not lead to an assumption about filter ratings that are not specified. Choose it for its stated conductive-fabric purpose and physical design, and use appropriate equipment separately where a different type of protection is required.

Care for your selected version

Use the care label and directions supplied with the cover. The range includes several fabric formulations, so do not automatically apply a cleaning routine from an ordinary face covering or another conductive textile. Let the actual garment guidance determine washing, drying and pressing decisions.

If a particular cleaning method is important to your routine, confirm compatibility before ordering. Keep the instructions and clarify unfamiliar symbols before the first clean. Knowing how you will care for the accessory is part of choosing a useful garment alongside its length, material and fit.

Veilvren buying questions

What do L and S mean?

L means long and S means short. They distinguish the fabric-length styles, not conventional large and small sizing. Check dimensions separately if needed for fit.

Can I choose Gray in 50Ag?

Gray is offered in 100Ag. Silver gray comes in both 50Ag and 100Ag. Each of those combinations has long and short versions.

Which colours are available in MTF?

Choose Light purple, Pink or Light blue, each in L or S. Read the full colour, material and length label before ordering.

Does a long version have a higher protection rating?

No rating is assigned by length. The long version extends the fabric farther below the face. Choose it for that design difference rather than as a performance grade.
