Choose a longer EMF clothing layer with a clean upright neckline. The Standora coat brings together a stand collar, long sleeves and front pockets in a longline design that you can coordinate with your existing clothes. Its appeal is straightforward: a separate coat with a defined collar shape, useful everyday styling details and a choice of three specified conductive-fabric versions.

The EMF Stand-Collar Longline Coat – Standora, model AJ824, comes in women’s and men’s fits with a choice of colours and conductive fabrics. Start with the style you love, then make it your own through the material, shade and fit. The upright collar gives this coat its particular character and makes it an appealing choice for a clean, simple neckline.

A longer layer with an uncluttered neckline

The stand collar is the distinguishing feature of Standora. It creates an upright edge around the neckline instead of folded lapels or a hood. If you like the look of a defined collar but prefer to avoid a lapel shape, AJ824 is the style to consider within the longline coat range.

Long sleeves extend the garment down the arms, while the longer body provides a different silhouette from a short jacket. The front pockets contribute to the practical layout. These features make the coat easy to consider as a separate layer over a simple top and trousers or another outfit of your choice.

Think of the collar as part of the overall layering arrangement. A low-profile neckline underneath will create a different combination from a shirt collar or a high-neck top. The most useful choice is the one that sits comfortably with the clothes you actually intend to wear, rather than a combination selected only for appearance.

Longline describes the cut; it does not guarantee a particular hem position on every wearer. Your height, proportions and size selection affect where the coat falls. If you want the hem to reach a specific point, confirm the finished garment length instead of inferring it from the word longline.

Build the outfit around your preferred shade

Standora offers a broad group of MTF colours alongside more focused silver-fibre choices. This gives you two useful routes into the selection: start with the colour you want in your wardrobe, or start with the conductive-fabric composition you want to compare.

For a darker-looking layer, consider the listed Black MTF, Navy blue MTF or Blue black Ag options. The blue-related names are distinct labels, so keep the complete colour name when comparing choices. If you prefer lighter colours, the MTF range includes Light blue, Light gray, Pink and Sky blue, with Heather gray adding another neutral option.

Let the colour work with the pieces you already own. A darker coat can anchor an outfit with a lighter top, while Pink or a light blue shade can become the main colour in a simple combination. The fabric code alongside each shade makes it easy to keep your material preference in view as you explore the palette.

Three available conductive-fabric versions

Standora offers three conductive-fabric choices: MTF, 50Ag and 75Ag. Compare them by the composition you prefer, then explore the colours within that group. Supplier-declared compositions for the specified fabrics are:

  • MTF: 41.8% cotton, 32.1% polyester fibre and 26.1% metal fibre.
  • 50Ag: 50.6% polyester fibre and 49.4% silver fibre.
  • 75Ag: 25.2% polyester fibre and 74.8% silver fibre.

MTF is the cotton-containing blend. It includes a metal-fibre component, but the supplied composition does not identify that metal as silver. Use the MTF name when recording this choice rather than describing every conductive version as a silver-fibre coat.

50Ag and 75Ag explicitly identify silver fibre. Their labels are rounded material codes, corresponding to 49.4% and 74.8% silver fibre in the declared fabric. Polyester is the remaining listed component in each. This gives you a precise basis for comparing the two silver-fibre selections without relying solely on the number in the option name.

These compositions describe the specified textile, not the entire assembled coat or every pocket, seam and fastening component. They also do not establish the feel, stretch or weather resistance of the finished garment. The fabric type is broadcloth. Allow the room you want for movement and layering when choosing your fit, and plan your outfit for the conditions in which you will wear it.

Higher silver-fibre content should not be translated into a fixed increase in shielding under every condition. Composition is useful material information, while shielding performance also depends on the textile structure and relevant frequency. A well-informed selection keeps those two types of information distinct.

Colour and fabric pairings you can select

Choose a familiar wardrobe shade or try a lighter colour for a fresh combination. Standora is available in these colour and fabric pairings:

  • MTF: Black, Heather gray, Light blue, Light gray, Navy blue, Pink and Sky blue.
  • 50Ag: Blue black and Mineral blue.
  • 75Ag: Blue black.

Blue black is the colour that lets you compare both available silver-fibre codes. Mineral blue is available in 50Ag. If you want one of the other named shades, the listed AJ824 option is MTF. If you already know your preferred fabric, this short list takes you straight to the colours that go with it. If a particular shade catches your eye first, check its fabric code before moving on to fit.

Once you have narrowed the pairing, choose the fit and size in the live selector. Check the final option summary before ordering. Colour and material availability can vary by combination, and the exact selectable label is more reliable for identifying your order than a shortened note such as “blue long coat”.

Choosing the fit for a stand-collar coat

The men's labels are M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL and 4XL. The women's labels are M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL. Select the wording that includes For men or For women. Choose the fit designation and size together, then check the measurements that are most important to how you want the coat to sit.

Begin at the shoulders and chest, where the coat needs to accommodate the clothing beneath it. Then consider sleeve requirements and the space needed through the lower body. Because this is a longer garment, the fit should work both above and below the waist rather than being judged only from the chest.

The collar deserves its own check. Think about whether you normally wear a shirt, a simple crew-neck top or another neckline beneath outer layers. Choose room for your intended combination, and resolve any critical neck or shoulder measurement before ordering rather than assuming every stand-collar garment fits alike.

Use a coat you already enjoy wearing as a comparison point where possible. It can help you identify the dimensions you want to confirm, such as overall length, chest width and sleeve length. For a close comparison, confirm the actual garment dimensions you need before ordering. That gives you a more useful guide than relying on a size letter alone.

Picture sitting as well as standing. A longline coat needs to accommodate movement at the hips and lower body, while the sleeves should suit reaching and bending your arms. Avoid choosing only for a close-looking silhouette if it leaves insufficient room for the way you use the garment.

Where conductive-fibre shielding fits into the choice

EMF shielding textiles use conductive fibres to interact with radio-frequency energy. In suitable conditions, some of the energy reaching the textile can be reflected and some absorbed, reducing transmission through the material. The construction of the conductive network and the frequency involved influence that effect.

Standora puts the selected fabric into a long-sleeve, longline coat. That format establishes where the garment is physically present, while its neckline, sleeve ends, lower hem, seams and front opening remain part of a wearable design. A coat is not a sealed enclosure, and its collar shape is not a numerical attenuation rating.

When comparing EMF protection clothing, consider the cut alongside the fabric. A vest, a long coat and a jacket-and-trousers set arrange clothing differently around the body. With Standora, you are choosing a longer separate layer with a stand collar and sleeves. Keep those everyday design preferences alongside your material choice to find the combination that suits you best.

Use the material percentages to identify your chosen fabric and the coat design to assess its coverage. Neither is a whole-body protection rating. Keeping those details separate makes it easier to compare Standora with another style on the features that matter to you.

Care and alterations: keep the version in mind

Follow the care instructions supplied for your selected coat. The MTF blend and the silver-fibre fabrics have different compositions, so keep the instructions for your particular selection. Check the label before the first wash, drying process or ironing session.

If the instructions do not answer a particular question, clarify the permitted method for AJ824 and your material code. Do not infer machine-wash settings, bleaching permission or dry-cleaning suitability from another item. The care label for your chosen version is the appropriate reference for cleaning products and temperatures.

Take account of the collar, cuffs and pockets during ordinary inspection because these are parts of the coat that are regularly handled. Look for obvious damage or stressed seams. If you need the coat shortened or otherwise altered, discuss the conductive fabric and construction before proceeding; tailoring changes should not be assumed to leave every material property unchanged.

Keep the full colour/material and fit label in your order records. It gives a useful reference when asking a care or sizing question later and helps distinguish Standora from another similarly coloured coat. Clear identification is especially helpful when several household members choose different versions.

Standora questions before you order

Does this coat have a hood or lapels?

AJ824 is the stand-collar design. Its upright neckline is the reason to choose it over a hooded or lapel-collar alternative. The product is described here by that actual collar style, rather than using those other designs interchangeably.

Is it supplied with trousers?

No. Standora is a separate longline coat. Pair it with your own clothing, or consider a listed two-piece set if matching trousers are part of the purchase you want to make.

Which option lets me compare 50Ag and 75Ag?

Blue black is available in both codes. Comparing those options keeps the colour name consistent while changing the specified silver-fibre fabric. Check that your preferred fit and size are available in the combination you choose.

Can I select 100Ag for AJ824?

The available material choices for this model are MTF, 50Ag and 75Ag. Make your decision from those actual options rather than assuming another material available elsewhere in the collection is also selectable for Standora.

Is a larger size automatically better for layering?

Not necessarily. More room in one area may also change sleeve and body length. Compare the dimensions you need for your underlying clothes, then choose the complete fit and size label that addresses those requirements.

Who is this style most suited to?

Choose Standora when you want a separate longline EMF coat with long sleeves, front pockets and an upright collar. Confirm the colour/material pairing first, then the women's or men's size. That keeps the finished choice grounded in the design you prefer and the fabric you intended to buy.
